Let The Lion King’s 3D release weekend celebrations continue…
- Adult Nala’s voice was done by One Tree Hill’s Karen Scott, Moira Kelly.
- Mufasa’s voice is actually James Earl Jones, known mainly as Darth Vader in Episodes IV and VI of Star Wars.
- Shenzi, one of Scar’s main hyenas, was voiced by Whoopi Goldberg, known most recently as a host of The View.
- Timon, everyone’s favorite singing/dancing meerkat’s voice was done by Nathan Lane, known mainly for his role in The Producers, or you may recognize him for his small but memorable roles in Modern Family or Sex and the City.
- Young Simba’s voice was done by the adorable Jonathan Taylor Thomas (Home Improvement).
- Lastly, Zazu’s voice was done by ~~Mr. Bean~~ Rowan Atkinson.
